When should we appoint the interior designer?
Begin the conversation roughly two to three months before possession. That allows time for discovery, planning, budgeting and design decisions before execution begins.
How long does a complete villa interior normally take?
Allow up to two months for design, followed by two to six months for end-to-end execution, depending on project size and site readiness.
What budget should we plan for?
Villa investment depends on the built-up area, rooms in scope, materials and degree of customisation. We first review the villa, architecture and priorities, then recommend a suitable design and execution scope. Loose furniture, décor and soft furnishings depend on client selections.
Can you work with a theme that is not shown here?
Yes. Biophilic, Japandi Fusion and Modern Minimalistic Fusion demonstrate the studio’s range rather than a fixed catalogue. Your signature theme is developed around the villa’s architecture, your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences and the degree of bespoke detailing you value.
